Measure Master™ Dual Chamber

The Dual Chamber Orifice Meter house and accurately position the orifice plate for differential pressure measurement. The fittings allow for fast and efficient removal and replacement of the orifice plate, without shutting the line down and physically removing the meter from the line. The MeasureMaster utilizes the "590" Integral Plate which is impossible to locate the wrong way to the flow direction, therefore eliminating large error uncertainties. The MeasureMaster can be installed on horizontal or Vertical Pipelines. The Dual Chamber Meter tends to be the preferred option for Differential Pressure Metering applications.

Assembly consists of

- 1 x Cast Body or 2 x Cast Bodies (8" and Larger)
- O-Rings & Gaskets
- Cover Plate, Clamp and Bolting
- "590" Type Orifice Plate
- Orifice Plate carrier
- Equalizer/Vent Valve
- Elevator Screw & Nut
- Operating handle
- Dry Seal Plug Valve

Application Criteria

- The Line does not need to be shut down to retrieve & Install O/Plate
- The Line does not need to be separated with this meter
