Orifice Flange Unions™

The first in the family of Orifice Plate Packaging solutions. Generally accepted as the "Budget" Meter.
The Orifice Flange Union has no moving components and 4the Differential Pressure Taps are located on the ASME Flanges. If required this Orifice Flange Assembly can be utilized as a Pressure Reducing unit by replacing the "520" Paddle type Orifice Plate for a Restriction type Plate.

Assembly consists of

- 2 x ASME Flanges with DP Taps
- Studs & Nuts
- Gasket (If Raised Face Type)
- Jack Screws (Aid Line Splitting)
- "520" Type Orifice Plate

Application Criteria

- Shut the line Down or isolate to retrieve & Install O/Plate
- Separate the line to retrieve & Install O/Plate
